Applications Being Accepted for Ryan Martel Fellowship

Ceres is currently accepting applications for the Ryan Martel Fellowship. Ceres is a nonprofit organization working with the most influential capital market leaders to solve the world’s greatest sustainability challenges. This fellowship honors and recognizes Ryan Martel, who devoted his professional life to the pursuit of effective federal climate action and passed away in 2022.

The Ryan Martel Fellowship is designed for a highly-motivated self-starter, who has some prior policy campaign experience but who is in the early stages of their policy career. Fellows have the opportunity to work closely with Ceres’ policy experts and a range of cross-sector stakeholders including investor and corporate network members, congressional lawmakers and staff, nonprofit partners, and other climate and sustainability advocates.

This is a 12-month fellowship based in Washington D.C. that begins 11/1/2024 and ends 10/31/2025. The hiring salary is $58,800 and includes a $15,000 housing stipend, a $1,200 commuting stipend, and competitive benefits.
