Internships are available at multiple organizations as part of the Fall 2025 cycle of the Organic Career Network (OCN) Internship Program. This program connects aspiring professionals with hands-on learning experiences in organic agriculture.

These paid internships offer opportunities to build practical skills, receive mentorship, and gain exposure to diverse careers in the organic sector—from farming and research to certification, policy, advocacy and much more. Here are key details:

  • Duration: 10–12 weeks
  • Format: Remote, in-person, or hybrid (varies by host)
  • Compensation: All internships are paid a minimum of $15/hr
  • Eligibility: 18-25 years old
  • Location: Interns must reside in the United States
  • Cohort Participation: All interns attend four mandatory virtual sessions
