Employer and Attendee Registration Open for Harvard Climate and Sustainability Career Expo (Nov. 7)

Harvard Climate and Sustainability Career Expo

Registration is open for employers and participants for the Harvard Climate and Sustainability Career Expo, which will be on November 7, 2025.

This Expo is a collaborative effort across Harvard schools, the Salata Institute for Climate and Sustainability at Harvard University, and Massachusetts Institute of Technology to connect organizations focused on climate, sustainability, and the environment with Harvard and MIT undergraduates, graduate students, and alumni. Participating organizations showcase jobs, internships, research experiences, and/or potential projects.

Here are key logistics about this event:

  • Date: Friday, November 7, 2025
  • Time: 1:00 – 4:30pm ET
  • Location: Harvard’s Gutman Conference Center – 6 Appian Way, Cambridge, MA 02138 (map)
  • Employer tables: Early bird rates (through September 5) are $150 for-profit and $35 nonprofit/government. After Sept. 5, the regular registration rate is $200 for-profit and $50 nonprofit/government. A table includes two chairs and lunch for attending representatives.

Note that as a “career expo” (not a “career fair”) this event is intended to be an educational opportunity that encourages employers to showcase their work in the climate and sustainability space even if their full-time or internship opportunities are not yet posted.
