With a background in biology, a career pivot of her own, and years of experience in habitat restoration and project management, Laura understands the unique challenges faced by job seekers. Her coaching is grounded in real-world insight, blending a passion for science with practical strategies to help clients move from uncertainty to clarity in their job search.

Through Environmental Career Coach, Laura offers one-on-one coaching, online courses, and actionable resources designed to help job seekers build professional networks, sharpen their career direction, and stand out in a competitive market.

In addition to her coaching work, Laura co-hosts Environmental Professionals Radio and formerly served as president of the Tampa Bay Association of Environmental Professionals. She holds a B.S. in Biology from the University of South Florida and is a certified Project Management Professional (PMP) — further equipping her to guide others in turning big career goals into realistic, strategic plans.
