The Staffing Manager will be responsible for delivering all facets of the recruiting throughout the organization, and will innovatively manage the full life cycle of the recruitment process for all staff up through Director level, and will be a liaison for contractor, intern, temporary, and volunteer positions in the San Francisco, San Mateo, and Marin counties. S/he will improve and redesign the recruiting function, partner in redesigning employee on boarding, recommend new policies and procedures, ensure compliance with new and existing agency policies and procedures as well as employment laws and regulations, and bring high quality employees into the organization.
The Staffing Manager will effectively partner with hiring managers to plan and execute recruitment strategies that result in high quality hires that meet business needs. The Staffing Manager will ensure that the recruiting is well understood by customers and creates successful outcomes. The Staffing Manager will stay current on industry news, trends, best practices and current external recruiting/sourcing needs and practices. The Staffing Manager will develop creative practices and sourcing strategies to continually build a diverse candidate pipeline that support the business.
