The 2009 Good Jobs, Green Jobs National Conference will take place from February 4 – 6 in Washington, DC. This event will provide a forum to share ideas and strategies for advancing a national green jobs movement — one that can address environmental issues and create robust economic opportunity. There will be participation from a diverse range of sectors including labor, business, government, investment, the environment, public health, workforce development, and science & technology.
This will be second annual conference — the 2008 event was held in Pittsburgh, PA and drew approximately 1,000 attendees.
