The Georgetown Climate Center (GCC), which is part of Georgetown University Law Center, is accepting applications from graduating JD students for one-year Climate Fellowships that will begin in September 2025.
One fellow will join the Center’s Mitigation Program to support policies that cut greenhouse gas emissions and speed the transition to a clean energy economy. The second fellow will join the Center’s Adaptation Team, which works to reduce the impacts of climate change by advancing climate adaptation and resilience.

GCC’s Climate Fellowships are open to graduates receiving their JD from an accredited law school no later than May 2024. The pay range for these fellowships is $55,000 – $60,000.
Applications will be reviewed beginning Wednesday, January 15, 2025.
