Deadline is May 15 for EPN’s Environmental Science Impact Fellowship

Environmental Protection Network

May 15 is the deadline to apply for the Environmental Science Impact Fellowship from the Environmental Protection Network, a program that provides $50,000 in support for one year (reviewed and renewable annually for up to three years) to former EPA scientists and engineers to continue their research, policy, or scientific work.

The fellowship is designed as a professional bridge to help displaced federal scientists remain active in the field and continue advancing critical environmental work. Fellows receive funding, mentorship from former EPA experts, and access to a network of collaborators and partner organizations.

Eligibility is targeted to former EPA scientists and engineers who left the agency in 2024 or later, with no geographic restrictions and flexibility in the type of work pursued (such as research, policy, and communication).
