Applications are currently being accepted for the Spring 2027 cohort of the EarthShare Texas Green Leaders Fellowship program.
This program addresses capacity constraints within Texas environmental nonprofits and builds the green leadership talent pipeline. Through hands-on experience, professional development training, and meaningful connections, EarthShare Texas’ Green Leaders Fellowship strives to empower fellows to become leaders in the environmental field, within their communities, and beyond.
Fellows are placed with a Texas environmental nonprofit for a total of twelve weeks, helping them complete important projects. It is expected that Fellows dedicate 10-15 hours per week to their assigned nonprofit projects.

This program welcomes applicants from a variety of educational and professional backgrounds, including undergraduate students, graduate students, and individuals with three or more years of relevant work experience.
Fellows receive a $4,500 stipend, networking opportunities, professional development workshops, mentorship, and other learning and development opportunities.
