Denver Provides $2,500 Rebates in New Climate Jobs Education & Training Program

Denver’s Office of Climate Action, Sustainability and Resiliency (CASR)

Denver’s Office of Climate Action, Sustainability and Resiliency (CASR) has recently launched a new Training Rebate program to help people upskill into fast‑growing, climate‑focused careers.

 The program reimburses individuals up to $2,500 for approved certifications, courses, and exams.

Approved trainings are available for the following industries:

  • Trades & construction (HVAC, electricians, pipefitters, builders)
  • Facilities & energy management
  • EV Maintenance & Charging Infrastructure
  • Urban Forestry/Tree care
  • Water Management
  • Compost Operations

To be eligible for a rebate, applicants must meet one of the following criteria:

  • Live in Denver
  • Work in Denver
  • Attend a Denver college, training program, or trade school

Eligible applicants may submit multiple trainings until they reach the $2,500 limit.
