Multiple Opportunities Available with the Climate Impact Corps

The Climate Impact Corps is powered by passionate AmeriCorps members who serve in one of two initiatives: Community Forestry Corps or Home Energy Corps. This program is administered by the national nonprofit Ampact, and focuses on urgent needs in Minnesota.

  • Sustainability Project Coordinators will be placed at nonprofits to support advancing local sustainability efforts, with an emphasis on underserved communities.
  • Community Stewardship Facilitators will be placed at nonprofits to support developing relationships within the community, organize environmental action activies, and support participant learning and reflection.
