This September, 115 California Climate Action Corps Fellows will mobilize communities through volunteer engagement, climate action, and education focused on urban greening, organic waste and edible food recovery, and wildfire resiliency.
Climate Action Corps Fellows will serve 1700+ hours over 11 months from 9/19/22-8/17/23 and receive $30,000, a combined $10,000 in education awards, health insurance, and professional development such as training and climate-related certifications – all while becoming part of a statewide force of emerging climate leaders.
