Applications Being Accepted for the Bryant Williams Environmental Justice Fellowship

Applications are currently being accepted for the Bryant Williams Environmental Justice Fellowship. This fellowship honors and commemorates the legacy of Bryant Williams, an environmental Justice leader from the southside of Chicago. You can learn more about Bryan Williams here.

The Fellowship strives to support individuals at the beginning of their journey into the environmental justice field. The fellowship provides a one year paid placement at a Chicago environmental justice organization, professional development support, the cultivation of a support network and the opportunity to participate in activities intended to foster the fellow’s long term social justice impact, personal well being, community relationships and professional success.

This full time fellowship provides a $50,000 stipend and benefits including a $5,000 healthcare stipend. This year’s host organization is the Southeast Side Environmental Task Force (SETF), an organization committed to fighting for environmental justice, clean healthy jobs and showing that the southeast side can be a model for a new economy.
