Applications Open for EDF Climate Corps Fellows (Summer 2019)

Applications are now open for the EDF Climate Corps Fellowship, the premier graduate fellowship program to jumpstart a career in clean energy or sustainability.

Since 2008, EDF Climate Corps has placed nearly 1,000 fellows in host organizations including Under Armour, Google, City of Los Angeles, BlackRock, Caterpillar, Lyft, College of Menominee Nation and the New York City Mayor’s Office of Sustainability.

January 13 is Deadline for National Parks Business Plan Internship

The National Park Service, in partnership with Net Impact, is offering the National Parks Business Plan Internship.  This paid internship program is for top graduate students who want to use their business, policy, and environmental skills for good. Teams of consultants are assigned to locations across the country where they lead strategic projects that affect the long term health of our Park System.

Employer Registration Now Open for Stanford University Energy & Environmental Career Fair

Employer registration is now open for the Stanford University Energy and Environmental Career Fair.  This program is presented by the Stanford School of Earth Sciences and the Stanford Career Development Center and will take place on Monday, October 11 from 2:00 p.m – 6:00 p.m. at the Huang Engineering Building.

This career fair will feature organizations that are pursuing sustainability, with a particular focus on clean technology. This event will provide employers an opportunity to speak informally with students about their organization, career fields, internships, and full time positions. Clean Cities is a government-industry partnership sponsored by the U.S. Department of Energy’s Vehicle Technologies Program that strives to reduce petroleum consumption in the transportation sector in nearly 90 communities across the country.

The 2010 Clean Cities internship will give up to 25 undergraduate (junior or senior) or graduate students studying communications, public relations, business, marketing, engineering or environmental sciences, the opportunity to build public awareness of advanced vehicle technologies, alternative fuels, and practices that reduce the consumption of petroleum.

Specific Details:

  • Up to 25 internships available at one of the 90 U.S. Clean Cities Coalition locations working with dynamic Clean Cities coordinators and their stakeholders
  • Positions are full-time from June 1 - August 16, 2010
  • All interns will receive a $7,000 stipend
  • The Clean Cities internship could lead to a permanent position.
