2018 All Ivy Environmental and Sustainable Development Career Fair is February 9

The 2018 All Ivy Environmental and Sustainable Development Career Fair will be taking place on February 9, 2018 at the Columbia University in New York City.

This event is a collaboration of the eight Ivy League schools (Brown University, Columbia University, Cornell University, Dartmouth College, Harvard University, Princeton University, University of Pennsylvania, Yale University) and is intended to provide an opportunity for undergraduate, graduate, and professional degree students to discuss internships and full-time career opportunities with employers in areas such as:

  • Agricultural management, science, and engineering
  • City, regional, and environmental planning and design
  • Civil, mechanical, and chemical engineering
  • Corporate social responsibility
  • Earth and atmospheric sciences
  • Ecology, ecosystems, and biodiversity
  • Environmental and energy markets
  • Environmental policy, economics, and law
  • Environmental science and engineering
  • Forest science and management
  • Green building design
  • Industrial environmental management
  • International and community development
  • Natural resource management

Cleantech Week to Feature Cleantech Job Fair on February 10 in San Francisco (free event)

The Cleantech Open will be hosting a job fair on Friday, February 10, 2017. This event is part of Cleantech Week, a weeklong program which will spotlight global cleantech innovation and entrepreneurship at over 10 events during five days in San Francisco.

The Cleantech job fair will be at the PG&E Energy Center (851 Howard Street) and is free for job seekers, but advance registration is required. The fair will include career-related workshops and events throughout the day. The list of participating employers is available here

Mr. Cuevas has served as Director and Instructor of Career, Academic and Professional Development Programs for Stanford University, UC Berkeley, UC Davis and UC Santa Cruz serving undergraduate/graduate students, post-docs, faculty, staff and alumni. He has also delivered presentations to local, state and national organizations and at conferences on Career Development, Communication and Work Styles, Cooperative Education in the Workplace, Diversity: Benefits of Inclusivity, Interviewing with Confidence for Jobs, Undergraduate and Graduate Admissions and Effective Interviewing for Managers. Mr. Cuevas holds an M.A. Career & Academic Counseling.
